what can i do for a punk/rock sweet sixteen? give ideas for everything (cake,dress, decorations,etc)?

I am having a sweet sixteen and i have no idea on how i can do everything according to like punk rock theme. if you can give ideas for like the entire party. like the dress, the decorations, the cake, etc. some bands that i like are uh paramore, my chemical romance, panic! at the disco, flyleaf, fallout boy, bullet for my valentine, taking back sunday, cute is what we aim for, we the kings, things like that. i also love pink and black, and zebra prints. im also on a budget and cant spend money like on mtvs sweet 16. please help, thanks for the ideas!!

I don't have much of ideas, but i do love punk rock and will try to help you out. Only 2 ideas to point, they are:

1. The rooms would be best in a dim Red Light decoration. (see the first link below to get what I mean).

2. You can place some big Signature Boards around the room, and go ahead sing/draw/paint out words (see second link below). Or if you can have someone with a paint talent, you can have them graffiti punk (third link).
